Can you integrate my existing MES with SAP without replacing it?
Yes. We work with leading MES platforms (Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, AVEVA) and build bidirectional integrations with SAP via OPC-UA, RFC, IDocs and REST APIs. If your MES works, we connect it; we do not replace it.
How long does it take to implement real-time OEE in my plant?
A pilot on one production line can be operational in 6-8 weeks. Plant-wide rollout (typically 4-8 lines) takes 3-4 additional months depending on the number of sensors and existing network infrastructure.
What experience do you have with Mexican manufacturing regulations (NOM, IMMEX)?
Extensive. We have implemented traceability systems for NOM-059 (pharma), NOM-251 (food) and IMMEX control for maquiladoras. Our systems automatically generate documentation required by COFEPRIS, SEMARNAT and Ministry of Economy audits.
Does computer vision work with any type of product?
Yes, but it requires specific training. We need 500-2000 reference images of your product (with and without defects). The model trains in 2-3 weeks and achieves 99%+ accuracy in most industrial applications.
Can you work with plants that still use legacy systems (AS/400, spreadsheets)?
It is our most common scenario. We build integration layers that extract data from legacy systems without disrupting them. Migration to modern systems happens incrementally, line by line, without stopping production.
