Is training on-site or remote?
Both modalities. On-site in Monterrey or client facilities. Remote via Zoom or Teams with interactive sessions.
How long does a training program last?
End users: 1-2 days. Administrators: 3-5 days. Developers: 5-10 days. Adjusted based on the team's current level.
Do you include certification?
We prepare the team for official Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer) but the certification is taken directly with Salesforce.
What if the team has different levels?
We divide into groups by level and role. We don't mix end users with administrators — each group receives content relevant to their function.
