1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website itechdev.com.mx (hereinafter "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Site. ITECHDEV MX S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "iTechDev"), with RFC (Tax ID) IMX181106VB0, located at San Antonio 2324, Col. Lomas de San Francisco, C.P. 64710, Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, is the owner and operator of the Site.

2. Website Usage

The Site is intended to inform about iTechDev's software development, technology consulting, and staff augmentation services. You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site without authorization.
• Not use the Site to transmit malicious, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Not engage in activities that may damage, disable, or overload the Site.

3. Consulting and Development Services

The engagement of consulting, software development, staff augmentation, or any other services offered by iTechDev shall be governed by a specific service agreement signed between the parties. These Terms of Service do not constitute an offer or a service contract.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, warranties, and payment terms for each project will be defined in the corresponding contract.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Site Content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code, design, and structure, is the property of iTechDev or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in México and international treaties.

4.2 Ownership of Developed Code

In contracted projects, unless otherwise stipulated in the service contract, source code developed specifically for the client shall be owned by the client once full payment is completed. iTechDev retains rights to its own tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The content of the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." iTechDev does not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• iTechDev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
• Information published on the Site is informational and does not constitute professional advice.
• Figures, case studies, and metrics presented correspond to specific results from past projects and do not guarantee identical results.

6. Confidentiality

Any information shared through contact forms, live chat, or email will be treated as confidential. iTechDev signs non-disclosure agreements (NDA) as standard practice in all its consulting projects.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (partners, tools, platforms). iTechDev does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these sites.

iTechDev reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from the use of the Site or these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of present or future domicile.
