Soriana operated 4 operational silos: e-commerce disconnected from in-store inventory, manual order management with no clear fulfillment rules, transport and delivery without orchestration between stores/DCs, and fragmented payment processing across multiple acquirers that didn't reconcile with SAP. Result: 3M+ orders/month going out fine, but with zero visibility and errors discovered days later.

Custom OMS (Order Management System) to orchestrate omnichannel orders with configurable fulfillment rules (nearest store, DC, click & collect, same-day). Integrated TMS (Transport Management System) for transport/delivery planning and execution, including last-mile and traceability. Unified payment gateway integrated with SAP that auto-reconciles every transaction against the ERP. All connected to SAP Retail and SAP S/4HANA via MuleSoft with inventory synced every 5 minutes.
