How do you handle security and personal data?
We apply security controls across the whole lifecycle: roles and permissions, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs and security testing (OWASP) as part of QA. We work to align personal-data handling with applicable regulations and the body’s policies, with information hosted wherever the body requires.
Do you meet accessibility criteria?
Yes. We design and build portals against WCAG 2.1 criteria (contrast, keyboard navigation, screen readers, alt text) and include accessibility testing within QA, to reduce the risk of exclusion and non-compliance.
Can you take part in tender or procurement processes?
Yes. We work with scope and fixed budget defined in a discovery phase, with verifiable deliverables and a timeline — a format that fits tender processes. We hold a CMMI Level 2 process certification and have an entity in Mexico and in the US (Laredo, TX).
Does the body keep ownership of the code and information?
Yes, 100%. All source code, documentation, access and environments belong to the body from the first commit. No vendor lock-in: if it later decides to switch providers, it has everything it needs.
