How much does custom software cost?
Depends on scope and complexity, but our projects range from $10K USD for a simple web app or MVP to $120K+ USD for enterprise platforms with complex integrations. The difference with other consultancies is that we always work with a fixed budget defined in the Discovery phase. We don't charge hourly or accept ambiguous scope. The budget includes development, QA, deploy, documentation and 90 days of post-launch support.
How long does development take?
A functional MVP with essential features typically takes 8-12 weeks. A full enterprise platform with SAP or Salesforce integrations: 16-24 weeks. The important thing is we deliver functionality every 2 weeks with live demos, so the client sees real progress from week 2. There's no 6-month "black box" where nobody knows what's happening.
Does the client own the code?
Yes, 100%. All source code, documentation, infrastructure access, repositories and environments are exclusive client property from day 1. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary code from us inside the project. If tomorrow you want to switch providers, you have everything you need without depending on us.
What happens after go-live?
We include 90 days of post-launch support with a 4-hour SLA for critical incidents. During that period we fix bugs, make minor adjustments and proactively monitor. After 90 days, we offer monthly maintenance contracts including 24/7 monitoring, security updates and an improvement backlog prioritized by business impact.
