Leave CONTPAQi or Aspel for Odoo, with your data reconciled before go-live

Empresa MX costs MXN $43,550 + VAT and stamps CFDI 4.0 with electronic accounting and DIOT. If for now you only want to organize sales, purchasing and inventory and keep invoicing where you do today, Arranque Odoo costs MXN $26,650, but it does not stamp. Both include the initial load of customers, vendors and products (up to 1,000 records); Empresa MX adds the opening balances in Accounting. Historical data — prior years' invoices and journal entries — is quoted separately, after reviewing your data in the MXN $7,500 + VAT technical analysis, which is credited to the project. You pay the Odoo license directly to Odoo.

We do not delete or touch it. Catalogs and opening balances at the cutover date go into Odoo; everything earlier you keep consulting in your current system, or we migrate it as historical data, quoted separately. Before cutover we export the trial balances, ledgers and reports you want at hand, because if your license renews annually it is better not to depend on it for lookups. The XML files of your stamped invoices are yours and are also on the SAT portal.

Yes. Odoo produces electronic accounting and the DIOT, and training is included in the package; your accountant can join those sessions. If they prefer to keep the books in CONTPAQi, that works too, but it changes the package (it is one of the cases for Empresa MX · Odoo.sh, MXN $47,450): we cover it on the call.

Empresa MX goes live in 4-6 weeks. The clock starts when we have the SAT certificates, catalogs and access from your side. We agree on the cutover date together, usually at the start of a month or fiscal year. If you also migrate historical data, the technical analysis tells you how much time it adds.

Yes. You keep invoicing in CONTPAQi or Aspel until the cutover date. Meanwhile, in Odoo we run test stamping against the PAC's test environment. On cutover day you start stamping in Odoo with the same certificates and a separate invoice series, so folios do not collide with earlier ones. If your current PAC is not compatible with the Odoo hosting you choose, we tell you on the call, before you commit.

Odoo does not include stamped payroll in any edition, neither Community nor Enterprise. There are two paths: keep stamping payroll in CONTPAQi Nóminas and record each period's journal entry in Odoo, which is the most common choice when migrating; or bring payroll into Odoo with a separate module, which we quote from MXN $45,000 + VAT and which requires Odoo.sh or a self-hosted server. We decide it on the call so you do not find out mid-project.
