Why integrate with iTechDev?

We do CRM and SAP equally well

Few partners cover both worlds. Our real enterprise-integration experience (for example SAP SuccessFactors via CPI) transfers directly to an end-to-end Salesforce↔SAP bridge.

Integrations that don't break

Bidirectional sync with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and Change Data Capture, with clear data contracts — so a change on one side doesn't take down the other.

A single source of truth

We eliminate double data entry and manual ETLs: your data stays in sync between Salesforce, your ERP/SAP and your internal systems, with no silos.

CMMI discipline, code that's yours

We build under CMMI Level 2 standards with demos every 2 weeks. The interface design and integration code are 100% yours, in your repository.

A concrete deliverable you can use even if you decide not to integrate with us.

Map of the systems to connect (SAP/ERP/legacy/billing)
Recommended integration pattern: MuleSoft, REST/SOAP API or iPaaS
Data contracts, events (Platform Events / CDC) and flow direction
Real-time vs. batch synchronization strategy
Data and integrity risks, and a plan to mitigate them
Phased scope, timeline and fixed budget

What do you need to integrate Salesforce with?

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate Salesforce with SAP?

Yes. We connect Salesforce with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, Business One, SuccessFactors), other ERPs and legacy systems via MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and Change Data Capture. Our real enterprise-integration experience —for example SAP SuccessFactors via CPI— transfers directly to your CRM integrations.

MuleSoft, direct API or iPaaS?

It depends on volume, latency and how many systems you connect. MuleSoft shines when you need a reusable integration bus and real-time across many systems; a direct REST/SOAP API may suffice for a point integration; an iPaaS fits in-between cases. In the assessment we recommend the pattern based on your real landscape.

How do you keep the integration from breaking?

We define clear data contracts, use Platform Events and Change Data Capture to propagate changes, and design error handling and retries. The goal is that a change in one system doesn't take down the other and that there is a single source of truth, with no double data entry.
