Why partner with iTechDev?
Three models, not just one
Staff augmentation when you steer and just add profiles to your team; a dedicated team when you want a stable squad focused on your product; a turnkey project when you'd rather hand us the full scope. We help you choose.
We're a software factory, not a CV broker
We don't just connect you with people: we bring processes, version control, testing and CMMI Level 2 standards. Track record with names: Soriana and Mohawk.
Nearshore, same time zone as the US
We operate from Monterrey + Texas (iTech Dev Corp), in CST, with direct communication in professional English — no offshore overnight handoffs.
Your code, your property
Source code, documentation and access are 100% yours from day one. No vendor lock-in.

How do you want to work?
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the three models?
In staff augmentation you add profiles to your team and you steer: the person integrates into your methodology and tools. In a dedicated team you build a stable squad focused on your product, with some autonomy. In a turnkey project you hand us the full scope and we run it to delivery. In the assessment we recommend the one that fits how much you want to steer.
What does "nearshore" mean and why does the time zone matter?
Nearshore means working with a team in a nearby country and in your same time zone, instead of offshore on the other side of the world. We operate from Monterrey + Texas in CST —the same as the US Central region and Mexico—, so there is real working-hours overlap, without the offshore overnight handoffs.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the model, the profiles, seniority and duration. There is a structural cost difference versus hiring onshore in the US, and we detail it in the proposal with concrete numbers for your case. The assessment is the first step to define scope and budget.
Who owns the code they produce?
You do. Source code, documentation and access are 100% your company's from day one, in any of the three models. No vendor lock-in.
