What's the difference between staff augmentation and a dedicated team?

With staff augmentation the engineers integrate into your existing team and you direct the day-to-day. With a dedicated team we form a unit with its own management that delivers against goals. In the assessment we tell you honestly which fits your operation better.

Who manages the engineers?

You do. They work inside your team, with your priorities, your tools and your ceremonies. We back them with processes, version control, testing and CMMI Level 2 standards, but day-to-day technical control is yours.

Why nearshore in Mexico instead of offshore?

Because the time zone is the same. We work in CST —just like much of the US—, so there is real working-hours overlap and communication in professional English, without the overnight handoffs or the time-zone barrier of offshore on the other side of the world.

Who do I contract with? Is there a US entity?

Yes: iTech Dev Corp is our entity in Texas, and we operate from our Monterrey headquarters under the USMCA framework. You contract with a US counterpart and work with a team a short flight away.
