We digitized CAINTRA’s relationship with its member companies: a single portal to manage suppliers, quote services and bill memberships, with AI-assisted classification of incoming requests.
CAINTRA is the Chamber of the Transformation Industry, an organization that brings together more than 500 affiliated companies from the manufacturing sector. Its work with members, suppliers and memberships relied on scattered, manual processes that did not scale to a chamber of that size.
The challenge
Centralize and digitize the relationship with hundreds of member companies: onboard and manage suppliers, generate and track quotes, and bill memberships in an orderly, traceable way — all on a single platform that internal teams and companies could use without friction.
What we built
Supplier portal
A web platform where member companies register, manage their profile and documentation, and operate as suppliers within the chamber’s ecosystem.
Quotes module
A flow to request, generate and track quotes between the chamber and its members, with status and traceability for every request.
Membership billing
Management of member company memberships: sign-ups, validity periods and billing, with records tied to each company.
Management & administration
A back-office for the chamber’s team to administer members, suppliers, quotes and memberships from a single panel, with roles and permissions.
AI classification
AI support to classify and route the requests and tickets that come into the portal, reducing the team’s manual triage.
