It depends on scope and the profile or skill the project requires: we do not publish a single rate because a SAP architect or a certified functional consultant is not the same as a junior developer. The license is provided by SAP and paid directly to SAP —perpetual on-premise, or by subscription on RISE/GROW—; we charge for the implementation. Business One or S/4HANA?
Business One is for the SMB or mid-size company that outgrew Excel, Aspel or ContPAQ and needs a real ERP —finance, inventory, production and CFDI 4.0— with standard processes, and that does not yet require (or want to pay for) an enterprise. S/4HANA is for larger companies with complex processes, multiple plants, advanced manufacturing or specific regulatory requirements. The decision is not about employee count but about your operation: transaction volume, complexity and 5-year growth projection. We do honest sizing before recommending.
When does SAP ECC support end?
Mainstream support for SAP ECC 6.0 / Business Suite 7 ends in 2027; there is paid extended support (2028–2030, at a premium) and maintenance through 2033 only for those who move to RISE. And S/4HANA has committed maintenance through 2040. It is not an apocalypse: it is a window with dates and options. If you run ECC, it is worth assessing your route with time —starting about 18 months before your target date is a good margin— so you do not arrive late to a saturated consultant market.
How long does an S/4HANA migration take?
A typical brownfield migration takes 6 to 12 months depending on module count, data volume and complexity of existing customizations. A greenfield can take 9 to 18 months as it involves redesigning processes. Critical factors are data cleanup, adapting custom ABAP developments and training. We recommend starting at least 18 months before the support deadline.
Can you integrate SAP with Salesforce or other systems?
Yes, it is one of our specialties. We use SAP CPI, REST/BAPI/RFC APIs and connectors to sync customers, orders, inventory and billing between SAP and systems like Salesforce or e-commerce. We eliminate double data entry and the manual export-import processes that generate errors and delays.
