If your Salesforce CRM faces these problems, we can help

If Salesforce is not generating results, the problem is rarely the product: it is how it was implemented and adopted.

Low sales-team adoption

The team ignores Salesforce because the configured processes do not match their daily work. They revert to Excel and the CRM becomes an expensive directory with no ROI.

Dirty and duplicate data

Repeated leads, inactive accounts, inflated pipelines. Nobody trusts the forecast because data is corrupt at its core, with no deduplication rules or validation.

Oversized licenses

Paying Enterprise when Professional would do, or having Sales Cloud when the team needs Service Cloud. Monthly costs wasted on licensing nobody reviewed.

Unautomated processes

Approvals via email, manual lead assignment, follow-up on spreadsheets. Everything Flow should solve has been pending for months and drains the team's hours.

Fragile integrations with the rest of the stack

SAP–Salesforce connections that break, manual ETLs and data out of sync between systems. Every change on one side breaks the other and nobody has a single source of truth.

Implementations that never reach go-live

Months of meetings, endless requirement documents and constant scope changes. The project drags on with no intermediate demos and never reaches production.

Salesforce clouds and capabilities we implement

100% Salesforce technology: we configure, develop and integrate on the platform, without inventing tools or towers that do not exist.

How we charge

Hourly, based on the profile and skill your project needs. We do not publish a single rate because it would be misleading: a Salesforce architect is not the same as a junior consultant, so the rate varies by profile and seniority and is quoted by scope. How much does it cost to implement Salesforce in Mexico?

It depends on scope, user count and the profile or skill the project requires: we do not publish a single rate because a Salesforce architect is not the same as a junior consultant. Licenses are paid per user per month depending on edition. We quote it by scope in the assessment —where we also size exactly the licenses you need to avoid overspending—; you can start it at /diagnostico/salesforce.

How long does a Salesforce implementation take?

A standard implementation with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Projects with complex integrations (for example SAP), multiple clouds or massive data migration can extend to 16-20 weeks. We work with 2-week sprints and live demos, so you see real progress from the first weeks.

Salesforce or HubSpot for my company?

HubSpot fits well for small teams with simple sales processes and a limited budget. Salesforce is the choice when you need complex automation, enterprise integrations with SAP or ERP, multiple pipelines, CPQ or advanced reporting. If your quoting process has several approvals or your operation grows, Salesforce usually delivers better long-term ROI. In the assessment we give you an honest recommendation for your case.

What are Einstein and Agentforce?

Einstein is Salesforce's AI layer: it generates content, summarizes support cases and produces sales insights within the CRM itself. Agentforce is Salesforce's autonomous agents platform, able to handle customer queries, qualify leads and execute actions. Both integrate natively with your Salesforce data, without additional infrastructure.

Can you migrate my current CRM to Salesforce?

Yes. We migrate data from HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, Pipedrive and legacy systems to Salesforce. The process includes field mapping, deduplication, cleansing and integrity validation, with ETL tools for large volumes. Activity history, notes and attachments are preserved. Typical migration time is 2-4 weeks depending on volume and complexity.

What happens after go-live?

We include a hypercare phase with dedicated support and critical incident resolution per SLA. After that we offer monthly support plans with configuration adjustments, new reports, continuous training and process optimization, plus a roadmap to adopt new features in each Salesforce release.

Is iTechDev a Salesforce partner?

We work within the Salesforce ecosystem: we implement, develop and integrate on the platform (Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Apex, LWC, Flow, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Einstein and Data Cloud) with consultants who have real experience in Mexican industry. The configuration and code we produce are your property, with no vendor lock-in.
