Brand-image control for the Construrama / Construtienda network

A workflow system that keeps brand image consistent across hundreds of points of sale in CEMEX's construction-materials distributor network.

Construrama and Construtienda are CEMEX's construction-materials distributor network in Mexico: hundreds of independent points of sale operating under a single brand. Keeping a coherent image across such a broad, distributed network is an operational challenge: every distributor produces and requests branded materials, and each piece must comply with the identity guidelines before it reaches the point of sale.

The challenge

Sustaining a consistent brand image across hundreds of points of sale spread throughout the country, without a central process to channel requests, reviews and approvals. With no single workflow, the brand image fragments: each distributor improvises, approvals get lost in email threads, and nobody has visibility into what was published or who authorized it.

Centralized workflow system

A platform that orchestrates the full lifecycle of every branded-material request: intake, assignment, review and closure. A single place where the network works under the same rules.

Brand-image control

Each piece is validated against the Construrama / Construtienda identity guidelines before it reaches the point of sale, preventing off-brand versions across the network.

Role-based approval flows

Review and authorization stages with defined owners, plus traceability of who approved what and when. Nothing reaches a point of sale without going through its approval circuit.

Distributor-network management

Administration of the network's hundreds of points of sale, with their requests and statuses, to coordinate all of Construrama / Construtienda from a single tool.

API-based integration

Services built with React and Node.js, connected via APIs to CEMEX's systems so the brand workflow runs inside the existing ecosystem.
