HR unified on a single platform for a global manufacturer

Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) integrated via SAP CPI for Mohawk’s Human Resources operations in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.

Mohawk is a global manufacturing organization. Its Human Resources operations in the United States, Mexico and Brazil ran on different processes and systems by country, with no common platform to support personnel management consistently.

The challenge

Unify Human Resources management across three countries —the United States, Mexico and Brazil— on a single cloud platform, connecting personnel data with the rest of the SAP ecosystem without double data entry or per-region information silos.

What we built

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Implementation of Employee Central as the single system of record for personnel management: organizational structure, employee data and HR processes in the cloud.

Integration via SAP CPI

Interfaces on SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) to sync HR data between SuccessFactors and the rest of the SAP ecosystem, without manual exports.

Multi-country scope (US / MX / BR)

Configuration of the Human Resources operations of the United States, Mexico and Brazil on the same platform, respecting each country’s particularities.

Consistent HR data

A personnel data model common to all three geographies, with employee information managed in one place and available to connected processes.
