We built an inventory and warehouse management system for a company in the medical sector (neurosurgery and spine surgery), with user manuals and technical documentation that support the operation.
VB Medical operates in the healthcare sector, supplying materials for neurosurgery and spine surgery —clinical supplies where every item matters and must be available at the exact moment. The operation needed to control orders, warehouse and inventory with order and traceability, and to keep everything documented so the team could use and maintain it without depending on a single person.
The challenge
Controlling a critical medical inventory with traceability: knowing what exists, where it is and in what quantity, in an operation where a missing or unmanaged supply has clinical consequences. Beyond the software, the project needed user manuals and technical documentation so the solution would be operable and maintainable by the team over time.

We built a custom system to record and control the inventory of medical supplies, with visibility of stock and movements for an operation with traceability.

We modeled the warehouse flow —inflows, outflows and location of supplies— so clinical material stays organized and locatable within the operation.
