2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect the data you provide directly through our contact forms, assessment requests, chat or email, as well as browsing data generated automatically when you use the site:

• Identification and contact data: name, job title, company, email and phone number.
• Professional data: industry, technology needs and the project description you share with us.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies (see Cookie Policy).

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health data, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual preference or biometric data).

3. Purposes of Processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship with iTechDev):

• Respond to contact, quote, information or assessment requests.
• Provide the contracted consulting and software development services.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on the relationship.
• Comply with applicable contractual, tax and legal obligations.

Secondary purposes (optional; you may opt out):

• Send communications about new services, events or educational content.
• Satisfaction surveys and site improvement.
• Statistical analysis of site usage.

If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary purposes, let us know at privacidad@itechdev.com.mx; this will not be grounds to deny you the services you request.

4. Data Transfers and International Transfer

Your data may be processed by providers that help us operate the site and handle your requests (for example, analytics, live chat and appointment scheduling), solely for the purposes described in this notice.

For site measurement we use tools that involve different levels of exposure of your data:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) are providers located in the United States, so their use involves an international transfer of browsing data to that country. These tools are only activated after your consent (see Cookie Policy).
• Plausible Analytics is self-hosted on our own infrastructure, uses no cookies and collects no personal data, which means lower exposure of your data.

These transfers do not require your consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, as they are necessary for the legal relationship between you and the controller, or between companies of the same group. We do not sell your personal data.

5. ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it when inaccurate, Cancel it when you consider it is no longer needed, or Oppose its processing (ARCO rights). You may also revoke any consent you have given us.

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to privacidad@itechdev.com.mx, stating your name, a contact email and a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of your complete request.

6. Use of Cookies and Measurement Tools

Our site uses measurement tools to improve your experience: Plausible Analytics (self-hosted, cookieless, always on), Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, with cookies) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, with cookies and session recording/heatmaps). The latter two are only loaded after your consent. You can review the details of each tool, the specific cookies and how to manage them in our Cookie Policy.

7. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. Any changes will be published on this same page, updating the last-updated date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

8. Competent Authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact the competent personal data protection authority in Mexico to file the corresponding complaint.
