Terms of Service

2. Use of the Site

The Site is intended to inform about iTechDev's software development, technology consulting and nearshore services. You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site without authorization.
• Not transmit malicious, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Not engage in activities that may damage, disable or overload the Site.

3. Consulting and Development Services

Engaging consulting, software development, dedicated team, staff augmentation or any other service shall be governed by a specific contract signed between the parties. These Terms do not constitute an offer or a service contract.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, warranties and payment terms for each project will be defined in the corresponding contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site —text, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code, design and structure— is the property of iTechDev or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Mexico and international treaties.

In contracted projects, unless otherwise stipulated in the service contract, source code developed specifically for the client shall become the client's property once full project payment is completed. iTechDev retains the rights to its own tools, frameworks and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The content of the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." iTechDev does not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• iTechDev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
• Information published on the Site is informational and does not constitute professional advice.
• Figures, cases and metrics presented correspond to specific results from past projects and do not guarantee identical results.

6. Confidentiality

Any information you share through contact forms, live chat or email will be treated as confidential. iTechDev signs non-disclosure agreements (NDA) as standard practice in its consulting projects.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (partners, tools or platforms). iTechDev does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites.

8. Modifications

iTechDev reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
