Certior: a transport-lines methodology, turned into software

We turned a proprietary transport-sector methodology into custom software on Azure — no generic templates, no off-the-shelf CRM, modeled piece by piece around how the business actually operates.

Certior operates in the transport sector with a proprietary methodology for managing transport lines: a set of rules, stages and criteria refined over years of operation. That knowledge lived in manual processes and scattered tools, with no system reflecting it end to end.

The challenge

To digitize and systematize a proprietary transport-lines methodology that no off-the-shelf tool covered. A generic CRM or ERP was not enough: the specific business logic had to be carried into software, kept faithful to how Certior operates and made ready to grow and run on Azure.
