You pay the Odoo license directly to Odoo
We do not resell it or add margin. These are Odoo's official public list prices for Mexico (July 2026), so you can compare against anyone else's quote.

What actually moves the price
If someone quotes you without asking about these, they are quoting blind.
The state of your catalogs
Every product needs the SAT's ClaveProdServ and ClaveUnidad, and every customer their RFC, regime and CFDI use. With 100 products that is a day; with 2,000 and a messy customer base, it is the bulk of the project.
Who you invoice
If your customers require addendas, everything changes: it forces an Odoo tier that accepts modules, and each addenda is quoted separately.
Where you are coming from
Migrating history from CONTPAQi, Aspel or SAP is not the same as starting clean. That is why migration is quoted after seeing your data, not before.
How close your operation is to standard
Odoo covers a great deal out of the box. What costs money is what it does not cover: that is development, and development is estimated with a proper analysis, not off the cuff.

Odoo states that 80% of projects within that scope go live in 200 hours or less. Our packages are sized within that range, with the difference that they carry closed scope and a committed date instead of a bucket of hours.

Yes, as long as the scope is the published one. That is why each package also lists what it does NOT include: if your case needs something from that list, we quote it separately and you know before signing. What we do not do is reopen a "fixed" price mid-project.
Why do you not publish an hourly rate?
Because what you buy is not hours, it is a working system on a date. If we charged by the hour, we would earn more the slower we worked. For work outside a package we do bill hourly, and the rate is in the proposal.
How much is the Odoo license on top of the package?
It depends on users and plan; the official list is above. You pay it directly to Odoo, not to us. If your case fits Community, the license is zero — but then stamping has to be solved another way, and that does cost.
What if my project does not fit any package?
It gets quoted custom, starting from the closest package. In the assessment we define scope and hand you a fixed budget in writing, even if you decide not to implement with us.
Does it include hosting and support after go-live?
Each package includes a support period (30 to 90 days depending on the package). After that we offer monthly support and hosting plans, presented in the proposal.
When does the timeline start?
When we have what we need from your side: SAT certificates, catalogs and access. If that is delayed, the date shifts — we say so at kickoff so there are no surprises on either side.
