System integration: connect ERP, CRM, e-commerce and legacy with no data islands

Your systems already exist; the problem is they do not talk to each other. We connect ERP, CRM, e-commerce, banking, carriers, the SAT and legacy systems so a piece of data is captured once and lives everywhere — with APIs, iPaaS or middleware, whatever your case calls for. This is the "what" and the "why"; the "how" per platform is below.

  • One record captured once
  • No data islands
  • Code 100% yours
  • CFDI in MXN

What happens when systems do not talk

The symptoms are always the same, whatever the industry.

The Integration Map

Before connecting anything, we draw the map of your systems. A fixed-scope diagnostic (~2 weeks) ending in a defined deliverable: what systems you have, how data should flow between them, which architecture is right to connect them and in what order. It is yours even if you decide to build with someone else; if you move forward with us, it is 100% credited to the project.

What we connect with

We pick the approach by your case, not by hype. We work with the market platforms and, when there is no connector, we build one.

HOW TO CHOOSE

Which integration approach fits?

There is no "best" approach — there is the right one for your case. This is the honest table we use to decide with you, without pushing you to the most expensive platform.

Proof of capability, by scope

No invented metrics: the scope of these projects is already published in our case studies.

No single rate: quoted by scope.Integrations are quoted by scope — they are the #1 hidden cost of almost every software project. The rate varies by the profile and skill your project needs (an integration architect is not the same as a junior developer), so we do not make up a number: the closed price comes from the Integration Map, once we know how many systems, with what APIs and how much mess in the data. What is system integration?

It is making two or more systems that today work separately —your ERP, your CRM, your e-commerce, the bank, carriers, the SAT— share data automatically, so a piece of data is captured once and stays updated everywhere. It is achieved with APIs, integration platforms (iPaaS) or a middleware layer, depending on the case.

What is iPaaS and when is it better than hand-building APIs?

iPaaS (integration Platform as a Service) is a cloud platform —like Boomi or MuleSoft— with prebuilt connectors to connect SaaS to SaaS fast, with monitoring included. It fits when there are many standard cloud apps. Building custom APIs fits when there are legacy systems with no connector, unique business logic or volumes that justify your own architecture. In the Integration Map we tell you which is which for your case, without selling you the most expensive one.

Do you work with MuleSoft, SAP CPI or Boomi?

Yes, we work with the market platforms: MuleSoft, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and BTP, Boomi and equivalent iPaaS, plus custom REST APIs and event-driven architectures. We pick the approach by your case, not by hype — and if you already have a licensed platform, we work on top of it.

Can you integrate an old (legacy) system with no API?

Yes. When a system exposes no API, we build an integration layer on top of it (or read its database with the right safeguards). It is more work than connecting two documented APIs, which is why the Integration Map estimates it up front, not mid-project: legacy systems are exactly where the budget nobody budgeted goes.

How much does it cost to integrate my systems?

It depends on scope: how many systems, with what APIs (documented or non-existent) and what state the data is in. That is why we do not publish a closed integration price: it would be faking a number. The rate varies by the profile and skill the project needs —an integration architect is not the same as a junior developer— and the closed number comes from the Integration Map, which fixes the scope in writing.

Are the code and integrations mine?

Yes. All code, documentation, access and environments are yours from the first commit, with no vendor lock-in. If tomorrow you want to move maintenance to another team, they can take it. We invoice in Mexican pesos with CFDI.
