SAP integrations with SAP BTP and Cloud Integration (CPI)
We connect SAP with the rest of your ecosystem —banks, CFDI 4.0/SAT, e-commerce, CRM, logistics and legacy systems— on SAP BTP and Cloud Integration (CPI), without breaking the standard. Connectors, orchestration, error handling and monitoring from the first flow.
A SAP integration is the bridge that keeps SAP talking to the rest of your operation: an invoice issued in SAP stamped as a CFDI 4.0 with Mexico's SAT, an e-commerce order flowing into SAP without manual entry, a bank transaction reconciling on its own, or a new hire in SuccessFactors syncing to payroll.
We build it on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Integration (CPI) —SAP's standard integration layer— instead of point-to-point connections that break with every update. We are a SAP ecosystem partner, founded in 2018, operating from Monterrey and Texas (CMMI Level 2). A real case: for Mohawk we implemented SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) integrated via CPI for their HR operations across the US, Mexico and Brazil.

When you need it
What it includes
Connectors and adapters
CPI adapters to your systems (OData/REST, SOAP, IDoc, SFTP, JDBC) and on-premise connectivity via Cloud Connector for SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
CFDI 4.0 tax integration
SAT e-invoicing flow (through your chosen PAC), payment complements, cancellations and handling of SAT response states directly from SAP.
Flow orchestration
Design of the CPI iFlows: content-based routing, data transformation and mapping, aggregation, and the synchronous vs. asynchronous decision per case.
Error handling and retries
Retry policies, dead-letter queues, idempotency and compensation so a failure neither duplicates nor loses transactions.
Monitoring and alerts
Interface health dashboards on BTP, per-message traceability and alerts to catch an incident before the end user does.
Master data synchronization
We keep customer, material and price masters consistent across SAP, your CRM and your e-commerce, with a defined source of truth and conflict rules, so each system stops having its own "truth".
B2B / EDI partner integration
Document exchange with customers, suppliers and logistics operators (orders, ASNs, invoices) via IDoc, EDI or APIs on CPI, with mapping to your formats and per-message traceability.
Outbound APIs from SAP
Exposing SAP data and processes as managed OData/REST APIs with security (OAuth) and versioning, for apps, portals and partners.
How we work
Landscape mapping
We document existing interfaces, data flows, volumes and current failure points. Output: an integration inventory and priorities.
Integration architecture
We define the target design on BTP/CPI: hub vs. point-to-point, synchronous vs. asynchronous, mappings, error handling and retry policies.
iFlow development
We build the CPI flows with end-to-end testing, mapping validation and load testing on representative data before touching production.
Go-live and monitoring
Controlled production activation with monitoring, health dashboards and support runbooks so your internal team can operate the interfaces.
Stabilization and hand-off
A hypercare period after go-live: we tune retries, alert thresholds and error handling against real traffic, and transfer the documented iFlows to your team. Deliverable: interface catalog, runbooks and CPI artifacts that are 100% yours.
Tech stack
The tools and platforms we build it with — chosen for your problem, not for hype.
Frequently asked questions
Can you stamp CFDI 4.0 with the SAT from SAP?
Yes. We orchestrate the e-invoicing flow in CPI: SAP generates the document, CPI sends it to the PAC for stamping, receives the XML and UUID, and handles payment complements and cancellations — including SAT response states. Invoicing stops being a manual process or an isolated module.
Can you migrate our SAP PI/PO to CPI?
Yes. We assess each existing interface, prioritize it by volume and criticality, and migrate in phases to SAP Integration Suite (CPI) on BTP to minimize risk, instead of an all-at-once cutover.
What happens if an interface fails in production?
Every integration is designed with error handling: automatic retries, dead-letter queues, idempotency and alerts with monitoring dashboards on BTP. The goal is to detect and contain the incident before the user, with no duplicated or lost transactions.
Do you work only within the SAP standard or also custom connectors?
We use CPI standard adapters whenever they exist (OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, SFTP, JDBC) so we never compromise maintainability or support. When a system has no standard adapter, we build the connector on BTP following SAP practices — not patches outside the standard.
Do you have real SAP integration experience?
Yes. We are a SAP ecosystem partner. A concrete case: for Mohawk we implemented SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) integrated via CPI for their HR operations across the United States, Mexico and Brazil. The exact scope of your case we define in the assessment, on your real landscape.
