Selection and interviews
We source and pre-screen candidates against that profile and present them for you to interview. You approve who joins; we do not impose anyone on you. Deliverable: pre-screened candidates and your final decision.
Structured onboarding
The person starts with access, documented context and a work plan with defined objectives, to shorten the ramp-up and integrate into your process from day one. Deliverable: a person productive inside your tools and ceremonies.
Integration into your governance
The person operates under YOUR methodology, your board, your definition of done and your chain of command. You direct the day-to-day work; we back it with the CMMI Level 2 framework. Deliverable: the person contributing as one more member of your team.
Follow-up and adjustment
Periodic performance reviews with you. We adjust workload, scope or profile according to the project need, keeping you in control at all times. Deliverable: performance report and an adjustment plan if needed.
Continuity and profile change

How long does it take to assign a person?
It depends on the profile. The most common ones (React, Node.js, .NET) tend to be available sooner than highly specialized ones, which require more searching. We do not commit to a fixed number of weeks blindly: we define the profile with you and give you a realistic estimate based on actual availability, without promising timelines we cannot sustain.
What profiles do you have available?
Front-end and back-end developers (React, Node.js, .NET, Python), QA and automation, DevOps, project managers / Scrum Masters and UX/UI design, at various seniority levels. If the exact profile is not immediately available, we tell you transparently rather than improvise.
What is the rate model?
Staff augmentation is quoted per assigned person and by time (monthly or daily rate, depending on the model), not as a closed project: you lead and pay for the capacity you add to your team. The rate depends on the profile, seniority and engagement mode. We give you a clear proposal before starting, with no surprise costs.
Is there a commitment or minimum engagement?
We work with a minimum assignment period agreed with you based on the profile and model (individual person, cell or team); we define it in writing before starting. For load peaks or one-off needs we discuss it case by case — the goal is to give you flexibility, not to lock you in.
How is it different from offshore?
We operate from Monterrey, with an entity in Texas (iTech Dev Corp) and under USMCA, in the same time zone as your team in the US Central region and in Mexico (CST). That removes the nightly handoffs and cross-cultural friction of pure offshore: the person works in your hours, communicates in professional English and collaborates in real time, not with a one-day lag.
