Your project delivered end to end, with a fixed budget and a single owner
It is our software factory operated in a nearshore model: we take ownership of the entire project —discovery, architecture, development, QA and deploy— with a fixed budget and functional deliverables every 2 weeks. You receive the product, you don't manage the team. From Monterrey + Texas, CST timezone and code 100% yours.
Provider registered in Mexico’s REPSE (STPS)
Agreement ARR31316/2024, valid through October 2027. Your specialized IT-services invoicing is fully tax-deductible with no joint liability — registered activities: software development & support, and technology consulting.
Verify in the STPS registryA turnkey project means you make us responsible for the complete outcome, not for lending you engineers.
Unlike staff augmentation or a dedicated team —where you lead, prioritize and manage the developers— here we lock a scope, give you a fixed price and deliver the finished product, in production and ready to use. It is the same iTechDev software factory, operated in a nearshore model: a team in Mexico with a US legal entity in Texas (iTech Dev Corp), USD billing, bilingual communication and a CST timezone with 100% overlap with US Central/East. You get functional demos every 2 weeks, not a 6-month black box, and the code is 100% yours from the first commit.

When you need it
What it includes
Discovery & locked scope
A short discovery phase defines objectives, scope and success criteria. We come out with a roadmap, a fixed budget and a timeline — before writing code.
Architecture & design
We design the architecture, data model and experience (wireframes and prototypes), validated with you before building, so the product scales with no rewrites.
End-to-end agile development
We build the complete product in 2-week sprints with live functional demos each cycle. Nearshore team in CST, bilingual communication and direct access to progress.
QA with the ARIA platform
Functional, load, security and accessibility testing with our internal ARIA platform, embedded in the development cycle — not a patch at the end.
Deploy & go-live
Deployment on Azure or AWS with CI/CD, staging and production environments, monitoring and a tested rollback plan. We hand you the product in production.
Project management & communication
A single PM/owner drives the project: progress reports, risk and scope management, and a direct bilingual communication channel. You have one point of contact for the outcome, not several vendors to coordinate.
Post-delivery support
A support period after go-live for bugs, adjustments and monitoring, with the option to continue with maintenance or evolve the product in new cycles.
How we work
Discovery & proposal
We understand the business problem, scope and timeline. We lock measurable objectives. Deliverable: a proposal with scope, fixed budget and timeline.
Architecture & design
We define architecture, data model and high-fidelity prototypes, validated with you before writing a single line of code. Deliverable: approved architecture and navigable prototypes.
Development in 2-week sprints
We build the product iteratively with a functional demo and progress report every 2 weeks. Deliverable: a demonstrable functional increment each sprint from week 2.
QA & go-live
We test with ARIA (functional, load, security, accessibility) and deploy to production with monitoring and a tested rollback. Deliverable: a working system in production.
Delivery & support
We deliver the code, documentation and access —100% yours— plus a post-delivery support period. Deliverable: a complete handoff with repos, docs and an evolution roadmap if you want to continue.
Tech stack
The tools and platforms we build it with — chosen for your problem, not for hype.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with a fixed budget or by the hour?
With a fixed budget. A short discovery phase defines the scope and we give you a closed price and a timeline before development starts — no hourly billing, no ambiguous scope. It is the real process of our software factory: you approve a clear investment, not an open hour counter.
How long does a turnkey project take?
It depends on the scope, which we define with you in discovery before committing. In every case we deliver functionality every 2 weeks with live demos, so you see real progress from week 2 — you don't wait months to see the first result.
Do we own the code?
Yes, 100%. All code, documentation, access, repos and environments are yours from the first commit. We include a standard NDA and an IP ownership clause, with USMCA compliance. No vendor lock-in: if tomorrow you want to take the project to another team, you have everything you need.
How is this different from a dedicated team or staff augmentation?
In who owns the outcome. With staff augmentation or a dedicated team you lead, prioritize and manage the engineers: they are your extended hands. In the turnkey model we take responsibility for the complete project —discovery, architecture, development, QA and deploy— with a locked scope and a fixed budget. You receive the finished product, you don't manage the team. If what you need is to scale your own team, the dedicated-team model suits you better.
Do you have a US legal entity and how do you bill?
Yes. iTech Dev Corp is incorporated in Texas, so we sign contracts under US law and bill in USD (or MXN if you prefer). The team works from Monterrey in the CST timezone, with 100% overlap with US Central and East, and bilingual English-Spanish communication.
What if I want to change the scope mid-project?
We handle it with a transparent change-control process. The fixed budget is anchored to a scope agreed in discovery; if a new feature or a shift in priorities comes up, we assess its impact in effort, time and cost, and you decide whether it goes into this scope, into a later phase, or is swapped for something in the backlog. Because we deliver every 2 weeks, adjustments are incorporated in an orderly way and without surprises, not at the end of the project.
