SalesforceSALESFORCE TRAINING & ADOPTION

Salesforce training and adoption so your team actually uses it

The biggest cause of Salesforce "failure" isn't technical: it's that the team doesn't adopt it. We design role-based training, change management and an adoption plan with real usage metrics — so your investment stops competing against Excel.

Salesforce training and adoption is the work of getting people to use the platform day to day, not just having it installed.

Implementing Salesforce is the easy part; the hard part is getting the rep to log their opportunities, the agent to close cases in Service Cloud, and the manager to trust the reports instead of their spreadsheet. That's why we split training by role —end users, managers and internal administrators— with material tailored to YOUR org and YOUR real processes, not generic demos. We are a Salesforce ecosystem partner (founded in 2018, Monterrey + Texas, CMMI Level 2) and we work to give your internal admin autonomy so you depend less and less on the vendor.

When you need it

You invested in Salesforce but the team keeps working in Excel or the old CRM because "it's faster".
Every minor change —a field, a report, an automation— forces a call to the vendor because no one internally knows how.
You're about to launch Salesforce (go-live) and you need people to adopt it from day 1, not weeks later.
Your reports and dashboards go unused or untrusted because the data is incomplete: people don't capture what they should.
You have an internal admin who learned "on the fly" and you want to formally enable them to gain autonomy.
You had staff turnover and the new hires never got a structured onboarding to the platform.

What it includes

Role-based training

Separate sessions for end users, managers and administrators. Each role learns what it needs in its real context —not one generic course for everyone.

Tailored material & manuals

Quick-reference guides, manuals and short videos built on YOUR org, with your screens, your processes and your vocabulary — not demo screenshots.

Adoption plan & change management

A plan with owners, milestones and internal communication to accompany the change: why the process changes, what each person gains and how it's measured.

Internal admin enablement

Hands-on training so your administrator can configure fields, reports, dashboards and basic flows on their own and stop depending on the vendor.

Usage & adoption metrics

We define what to measure (logins, data capture, report usage) and build adoption dashboards to see whether the platform is actually being used.

Go-live support

Support during the first weeks after launch: office hours, answering questions and adjusting the material based on what people actually ask.

How we work

1

Diagnosis

We assess each role's current level, identify usage gaps and define measurable adoption goals for your org.

2

Program design

We build the content by role and the tailored material on your real processes, plus the adoption and internal communication plan.

3

Execution

Hands-on sessions —in-person or remote, in Spanish— with sandbox exercises and cases based on your day-to-day, not demo data. Deliverable: a team trained by role plus manuals and videos tailored to your org.

4

Follow-up & measurement

Go-live support, office hours and adoption dashboards to see what's used, what isn't, and adjust before the old habit returns. Deliverable: adoption dashboards and a usage report against the defined goals.

5

Admin enablement & autonomy

We coach your internal administrator until they can configure fields, reports and basic flows on their own, and leave an operations guide so you depend less and less on the vendor. Deliverable: an enabled admin and an internal administration runbook.

Frequently asked questions

Is training in-person or remote?

Both. We run in-person sessions in Monterrey and remote ones over video call, and we mix formats based on your team's location and shifts. The tailored material stays available so they can review whenever they need to.

Are the sessions in Spanish?

Yes, we deliver natively in Spanish, and we can also do it in English if your team is bilingual or international. We hand over written material in whichever language your team needs.

Do you certify my team in Salesforce?

To be clear: official certification is granted and examined by Salesforce, not by us. What we do is train and enable your team —including preparation for those exams with topic review and practice— but the exam and credential depend on Salesforce. We don't promise a pass: we prepare you to arrive ready.

Is the material tailored or a generic course?

Tailored. We build the guides, manuals and exercises on YOUR real org: your screens, your fields, your processes and your vocabulary. A generic course teaches Salesforce; ours teaches how your team works in Salesforce, which is what drives adoption.

How do we know if the training actually worked?

With adoption metrics, not gut feeling. We define what to measure (logins, data capture, report usage) and build dashboards to see it. Every org starts from a different point, so we don't invent a "typical" percentage: we measure your baseline at the start and compare it against your goals.
